Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, microwave inside and out, appliance fronts, cabinet fronts spot-cleaned, floor and trash
Bathrooms: toilets, showers and tubs, sinks, mirrors, floors
Bedrooms and living areas: dusting, surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, handles and switches
Halls, entry and stairs, and a final quality check with photos

What is not included

Inside the oven and refrigerator, inside cabinets and drawers, interior windows, blinds, baseboards, wall washing, laundry, heavy furniture moving, pet waste, and mold or biohazard cleanup. Add the ones you want as add-ons.
